180C. Brush a deep ovenproof dish with melted butter or oil. To make

water and rose water in a medium pan, stir over low heat until sugar
dissolves. Simmer 4 minutes then pour into prepared dish. Core apples.
Place tablespoons of filling into cavity. Place in baking dish, spoon over
the syrup. Cover and bake 20 minutes, basting with the syrup occasionally.
5 serve with cream.
