Fried Salt Fish Cooking Recipes

salt fish, sliced
piece ginger, sliced
shallots, sliced
cloves garlic, sliced
dried chilies, cut into 2

Method :

Heat the oil and fry the salt fish
slices until brown.

Remove and place on a steaming
tray.

Using the same oil, fry the ginger,
garlic, shallots and chilies until fragrant.

Remove form oil and pour over the
salt fish.
-
Steam for 5 minutes and serve
immediately.
