Boil belly pork in water for 10
minutes. Remove and set aside. Dry fry prawns in a pan until they
turn pink. Boil in the pork stock using a
sieve with handle for 3 minutes. Fry garlic in hot oil until brown. Remove, leaving 1 tsp garlic in
the pan. Add mashed soy bean paste and fry
for 2 minutes. Add pork and fry for another
minute. Pour in stock and bring to boil. Add noodles and bean sprouts and
cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add prawns and season to taste. Add in water in necessary. Garnish and serve with Sambal
Belacan.
