Pineapple Crabs Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

1 kg

crabs, remove the top shell and cut into 2

ripe pineapple

stalk lemon grass, crushed

cili padi (chili)

coconut milk, extracted from 750 g grated coconut

red chilies


piece turmeric

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Skin the pineapple and cut into 1/2 cm rounds and then into quarters.
  2. Combine the crabs with all the other ingredients in a pot.
  3. Simmer over medium heat until it boils, stirring for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the cili padi (chili), stir well and remove from heat.

Serves 4 - 6
