Method :

Put rice in rice cooker, stir in
thin coconut milk and salt.

Boil until the rice is dry.

Place the screw pine leaves on top
and leave the rice for another 30 minutes.

Stir rice with a fork, add in the
thick coconut milk and stir lightly.

Leave rice to absorb the milk for
another 20 minutes.

Serve hot with prawn sambal, fried
peanuts, sliced cucumber and fried fish.
