Method :
Slit the red and green chilies
from the center to the tip. Seed and soak in water for 30
minutes. Rinse well. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the
pounded ingredients until fragrant. Add the pounded prawns and fry for
5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add sugar,
salt and the grated papaya. Stuff the chilies with the filling
and serve immediately.
