Method :
- Put the rice in a pan together wit
salt, screw pine leaves, thin coconut milk, turmeric juice, crushed
ginger and lemon grass.
- Bring to boil.
- Cook rice over very low heat until
it is completely dry.
- Pour the thick coconut milk over
the top of the cooked rice, cover the pat and cook for another 5
minutes until dry.
- Remove the screw pine leaves,
lemon grass and ginger.
- Serve with a sambal of your
choice.
