Boiled the fish with salt and 1
piece asam gelugur. Mix the kormah powder with the
pounded ingredients. Heat oil and fry the chili paste
until fragrant. Add in the kormah powder mixture. Pour in the thin coconut milk and
bring to boil. Season to taste. Add in the water used to boil the
fish and also the asam gelugur. Put in the fish and bring to boil. Pour in the thick coconut milk,
bring to boil and turn off the heat immediately.
