Crab In Casserole Recipes

Ingredients :

1 red crab (about 375 g)

3 eggs

113 g minced pork

1 plant of Chinese parsley

a few sprigs of spring onion

Marinade :

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp oil

2/3 tsp caltrop starch

pinch of pepper

1 tbsp water

Seasoning :

1/2 tsp ginger juice

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp sugar

pinch of pepper

Sauce :

boiling oil with spring onion

light soy sauce

Method :
  1. Mix 1/2 cup of water with egg white and whisk.
  2. Marinate minced pork.
  3. Separate Chinese parsley into florets.
  4. Wash and section spring onion.
  5. Cut open crab, remove innards and soft gills.
  6. Slight crack pincers.
  7. Wash, drain and mix with seasoning.
  8. Place minced pork in casserole or deep dish.
  9. Put in crab and spring onion.
  10. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
  11. Discard spring onion.
  12. Quickly pour in egg liquid and gently blend with chopsticks.
  13. Steam over medium heat for 7 minutes more.
  14. Remove and drain liquid.
  15. Add Chinese parsley and sauce.
  16. Serve.
