Deep Fried Chili Coconut Shrimp (Prawns) Cooking Recipe

Ingredients :

eggs, lightly beaten

chili powder

green king prawns, shelled, deveined, tails intact

plain flour

state breadcrumbs

shredded coconut

oil for deep-frying

Method :
  1. Combine eggs and chili powder.

  2. Roll each prawn in flour, leaving a thick flour coating on each.

  3. Dip prawns into egg mixture, then roll in the combined breadcrumbs and coconut.

  4. Deep fry the prawns for 2 minutes.

  5. Drain on absorbent paper.

Serves 4
