Dried Cuttlefish Chutney Recipes

Ingredients :

cuttlefish

prawn paste (optional)

dried chilies

oil

shallots

cloves garlic

tamarind juice

stalk lemon grass

salt and sugar to taste

Method :
  1. Clean the cuttlefish, cut into pieces and drain.
  2. Pound the chilies, shallots, garlic and prawn paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ingredients until fragrant.
  4. Add in lemon grass, sugar and salt.
  5. Stir further and add in the cuttlefish.
  6. Cook until the cuttlefish is tender.

Serves 4 - 6
