spring onions, sliced
chopped fresh ginger
red pepper, seeded and sliced into
matchstick strips
small cooking apples, peeled, cores and
thinly sliced
peeled prawns
clear honey
dry sherry
soy sauce
cider vinegar
ground vinegar
corn flour
water |
Method :

Mix together all the sauce
ingredients; be sure to dissolve the honey.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or
work.

Stir fry the onions, chopped ginger
and pepper over moderately high heat for 1 minute.

Add the apples and stir fry for 1
minutes, then the prawns.

Immediately pour on the sauce, stir
and bring to the boil.

Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Serve at once, with rice.
