Dory fillets
lemon juice
ground black pepper
cloves garlic, crushed
spinach leaves, stems removed
melted butter
chopped chives
Brush each fish fillet with combined lemon juice, pepper and garlic.
Lay two spinach leaves (cut to fit) on top of each fillet.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Brush each roll with melted butter and bake in a baking dish at 180C for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Garnish with chives and serve with a small salad, if desired.
