Lobster en Casserole Recipes

Ingredients :

chopped onion

clove garlic, minced

butter or margarine

11-ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (about 2/3 cup)

3-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained


dry sherry

snipped parsley

canned or fresh or frozen cooked lobster

frozen peas, cooked and drained

buttered soft bread crumbs

Method :
  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter till tender but not brown.

  2. Stir in soup and mushrooms.

  3. Gradually blend in milk, wine, and parsley.

  4. Add lobster and peas.

  5. Cook and stir till heated through.

  6. Spoon into two 1-cup casseroles; top each with a wreath of crumbs.

  7. Bake in a moderate oven (350) for 25-30  minutes.

Serves 2
