Ingredients :

whiting fillets

flour

eggs, beaten

breadcrumbs

butter

Method :
  1. Dredge fillets in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat, add fillets and cook for 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.

  3. Serve immediately.
