Steamed Crabs Recipes

Ingredients :

1 kg

Sauce :

1 teaspoon

crabs, remove the top shell and cut into 2

 

fresh red chilies

cloves garlic

vinegar

salt and sugar to taste

Method :
  1. Put the crabs on a steaming tray and steam over rapidly boiling water until cooked.

  2. Prepare the sauce.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Add in 1/2 cup water or more if the sauce is too thick.

  5. Serve the steamed crabs immediately with the sauce.

Serves 4 - 6
