Chinese mushrooms, halved and steamed

piece ginger, pounded


fish sauce

white pepper

thin soy sauce

thick soy sauce

several broccoli

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Clean the fish, wash and cut into 2.

  2. Season the fish well with the pounded ginger, pepper, soy sauce and salt.

  3. Steam the fish in a steamer over rapidly boiling water until cooked.

  4. Place the fish on a plate and garnish with steamed mushrooms and broccoli.

  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with salt.

  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
