Steamed Garoupa Recipes

Chinese mushrooms, halved and steamed
piece ginger, pounded
lemon
fish sauce
white pepper
thin soy sauce
thick soy sauce
several broccoli
salt to taste |
Method :
-
Clean the fish, wash and cut into 2.
-
Season the fish well with the pounded
ginger, pepper, soy sauce and salt.

Steam the fish in a steamer over
rapidly boiling water until cooked.

Place the fish on a plate and garnish
with steamed mushrooms and broccoli.

Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and
sprinkle with salt.

Let stand for 10 minutes before
serving.
