Stir Fried Shrimps and Grouper Fillet with Cashew Nuts Recipes

Ingredients :

113g shelled shrimps

113g grouper fillet

2 tbsp fried cashew nuts

1/2 tsp grated garlic

1 tsp wine

1 kiwi fruit

1 mango

2 strawberries, garnish

Marinade

1/3 tsp salt

3/4 tsp caltrop starch

1/2 egg white

pinch of pepper

2 tsp oil

Sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp caltrop starch

1/2 tsp light soy sauce

dash of sesame oil

2 tbsp water

Method :

  1. Wash shelled shrimps. Devein and wipe dry. Wash grouper and wipe dry. Cut thickly, Marinate for 15 minutes. Scald in boiling water. Dish up and drain well.

  2. Heat wok. Sauté grated garlic with 1 tbsp of oil until fragrant. Add shrimps and fillet. Sizzle wine. Stir in sauce. Add cashews. Stir fry quickly. Put onto fruit. Serve.
