Stuffed Crab Recipes

Ingredients :

crab meat

water chestnuts

stalk spring onion, chopped

corn flour

salt

prawns, shelled and minced

minced meat

sesame oil

egg, beaten

white pepper

crab shell, cleaned

1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

2. Stuff the mixture into the crab shell.

3. Fry the stuffed crab in heated oil over a medium flame.

4. Serve immediately.
