Sweet and Sour Crabs Recipes

Ingredients :

crabs, remove top shell and cut into 4

clove garlic, crushed

piece ginger, sliced

fresh red chilies, sliced

large onion, cut into wedges

stalks spring onions, shredded

white vinegar


tomato sauce

corn flour, blended with 2 teaspoons water

egg, beaten


Method :
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add the onion wedges and brown slightly.

  3. Add the vinegar, tomato sauce and water.

  4. Bring to boil and season to taste with salt and sugar.

  5. Stir in the beaten egg.

  6. If necessary thicken the gravy with corn flour.

  7. Add the crabs and cook until done.

  8. Serve hot garnished with sliced chilies and shredded spring onions.
