Crisp Curried Prawns (Shrimps) Recipes

Ingredients :

4 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

salt to taste

20 medium prawns (shelled & deveined)

2 tbsp oil

1 bunch spring onion (cut into 4cm sections)

Method :

Combine the flour, curry powder, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl. Add prawns to flour mixture, tossing to coat. Heat oil over medium heat. Saute spring onions until almost tender. Add prawns and stir-fry for about 4 minutes or until prawns are opaque throughout. Arrange prawns on serving plate. Serve hot with rice or crisp-fried noodles.
