Method :
Wipe dry
steaks. Rub with pepper and oil. Then rub with 3/4 tsp garlic salt.
Marinate for 30 minutes. Add equal
amounts of oil and butter to pan. Heat it and put in steak. Fry over
high heat until golden (when one side is fried, turn steak over.
Don't turn over frequently). Sizzle wine. Arrange steaks on plate.
Cook sauces A and B separately in pan. Pour onto steak. Arrange
pre-cooked potatoes, fresh beans, green peas, diced carrot and sweet
corn with salt and water around the plate. Garnish with tomatoes and
Chinese parsley. Serve.
