Stir Fried Mange Tout Recipes

Ingredients :

vegetable oil

cloves garlic, finely chopped

lean pork, very finely chopped

mange tout

crushed palm sugar

fish sauce

cooked peeled prawns, chopped

freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. In a wok, heat oil over a medium heat, add garlic and fry until lightly colored.
  2. Add pork and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add mange tout and stir fry for about 3 minutes until cooked but still crisp.
  4. Stir in sugar, fish sauce, prawns and black pepper.
  5. Heat briefly and serve.

Serves 4
