lean pork, very finely chopped
mange tout
crushed palm sugar
fish sauce
cooked peeled prawns, chopped
freshly ground black pepper |
Method :
- In a wok, heat oil over a medium
heat, add garlic and fry until lightly colored.
- Add pork and stir fry for 2-3
minutes.
- Add mange tout and stir fry for
about 3 minutes until cooked but still crisp.
- Stir in sugar, fish sauce, prawns
and black pepper.
- Heat briefly and serve.
