Stir Fried Pork and Beans Recipes

Ingredients :

vegetable oil

cloves garlic, chopped

lean pork, finely chopped

long beans or slim green beans

water chestnuts

cooked peeled prawns

fish sauce

crushed palm sugar

freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. In a wok, heat oil, add garlic and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden.

  2. Add pork and beans and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add water chestnuts.

  3. Stir for 1 minute.

  4. Add prawns, fish sauce, sugar, plenty of black pepper and about 3 tablespoons water.

  5. Simmer for a minute or two, then transfer to a warmed serving plate.

Serves 4
