Stir Fried Pork and Beans Recipes

cloves garlic, chopped
lean pork, finely chopped
long beans or slim green beans
water chestnuts
cooked peeled prawns
fish sauce
crushed palm sugar
freshly ground black pepper |
Method :

In a wok, heat oil, add garlic and
fry, stirring occasionally, until golden.

Add pork and beans and stir fry for
2 minutes, then add water chestnuts.

Stir for 1 minute.

Add prawns, fish sauce, sugar,
plenty of black pepper and about 3 tablespoons water.

Simmer for a minute or two, then
transfer to a warmed serving plate.
