Ingredients :
8 tablespoons
1/2 - 3/4 tablespoons
1 - 2
1/2 teaspoon
tamarind water
crushed palm sugar
drops fish sauce
very finely chopped spring onion
very finely chopped garlic
finely chopped fresh red chili
In a small saucepan, gently heat tamarind water and sugar until sugar has dissolved.
Remove pan from heat and add fish sauce.
Stir in spring onion, garlic and chili.
Pour into a small serving bowl and leave to cool.
Serves 4.
