tomato sauce
fish sauce
cooked school shrimp, shelled
cooked long grain rice
eggs, lightly beaten

Method :
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add garlic and pork and fry until
pork is golden brown. Add capsicum, spring onions, fish
sauce, tomato sauce, prawns and rice, cook over a moderate heat for
3 minutes. Stir in beaten eggs and mix
through. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3
minutes, stirring once or twice.
