Pop Corn and Nuts Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2 pop corn

1 tbsp fried cashew nut, grated

some pepper cups

1/2 sheet transparent paper

Syrup

4 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tbsp water

1/2 tsp butter

Method :

Divide pop corn into several portions. Put one portion at a time into wok or pot. Cover and heat gently for 3 to 5 minutes. After hearing the popping sound, wait for a little while. The result will be white pop corn. Repeat until all pop corn had been cooked. Wash wok. Put in syrup ingredients (except butter). Cook over low heat until the edge is brown. Stir with turning spade until sugar turns golden. Add butter and stir well. Remove from heat. Put in pop corn and cashews. Stir well. Cut transparent paper into small pieces. Put into paper cups. Transfer pop corn into paper cups. Serve.
