Long Beans Fried With Egg Recipes

Ingredients :

300 g


1/2 cup



2 tablespoons

long beans


medium sized prawns, shelled and deveined

shallot, sliced

red chili, sliced


salt to taste

Method :
  1. Wash the long beans well and dice them.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, and chili until fragrant.
  3. Add in the prawns and fry until the prawns are cooked.
  4. Add in the diced long beans and stir to mix well.
  5. Meanwhile, beat the egg with a fork and pour it over the long beans, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt to taste.

Serves 4 - 6
