Stir-Fry Vegetables with Marinated Tofu Recipes

Ingredients :

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce


tomato paste

firm tofu, cut into slices

stalks celery, sliced

capsicum, seeded, cut into pieces

zucchini, sliced

baby yellow squash, cut in halves

chopped fresh parsley

Method :
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey and tomato paste, mix well.

  2. Add the tofu, cover, refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours.

  3. Remove tofu from marinade and set aside.

  4. Pour the marinade into a large frying pan.

  5. Heat until the marinade simmers and is reduced by half.

  6. Add the celery, capsicum, zucchini and squash, cook for 3 minutes, add the tofu and cook for a further 1 minute.

  7. Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
