Ingredients :

10-ounce package frozen peas and onions (about 1 cup)
bias-cut celery slices
butter or margarine
soy sauce
cornstarch
cooked rice
7-ounce can tuna, drained
5-ounce can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
Combine peas and onions, celery, butter and 1/2 cup water; heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or till vegetables are just tender.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch; add to vegetables; cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
Pass extra soy sauce.
Serves 2
